How it works
A simple, auditable path from first enquiry to certified delivery — aligned with procurement expectations in the public and regulated sectors.
- Initial contact — email or telephone with the document type, word count or page volume, language direction (e.g. Bosnian into English), purpose of the translation and any deadline imposed by a third party.
- Quotation & scope — you receive a written quotation covering fees, estimated schedule and certification level. Where reference material or house style exists, provide it at this stage to avoid rework.
- Confirmation & scheduling — work commences upon written acceptance. For recurrent contracts, milestones and batch invoicing can be agreed in advance.
- Translation & quality review — the translator works into their strongest language variant (Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian or Montenegrin — or English). A second read is applied where volume or sensitivity warrants it.
- Delivery & certification — final files are dispatched securely with the declaration or certification requested by your recipient institution. Corrections attributable to mistranslation are corrected without charge under the agreed terms.
Competitive pricing, without compromise
Our pricing reflects a straightforward philosophy: experienced professionals, efficient operations, and no unnecessary overhead — so you receive a quotation that is both highly competitive and fully transparent.
Every fee is built on the expertise of senior linguists with extensive backgrounds in certified translation and simultaneous interpreting at the highest levels. Quality is never traded for cost.
To receive a clear, itemised quotation — one you can compare with confidence against any other provider — simply provide your word count, required deadline, and any specific certification or accreditation requirements. You will receive a detailed breakdown with no ambiguity, structured so that like-for-like comparison is straightforward.
